2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 cup olive oil
½ cup = juice of one lemon + wine vinegar
1 tablespoon tarragon (or use tarragon vinegar)
2 tablespoons parsley
2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 teaspoons Lawry's seasoned salt
3 good dashes of Tabasco
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
Can also add (per PAK):
Shake or mix in electric blender. It's better if made ahead and kept in the refrigerator at least overnight. If it appears to harden, try giving it a shake. It seems to keep indefinitely.
